CVS is going to have select fragrances on "Spend $15 get $10 ECB" starting 1/30. There is a coupon in the ALL YOU magazine decemeber issue for $5 off any Coty Fragrance (baby phat, tim mcgraw, faith hill, halle etc..) Makes for a great deal especially if you have extra bucks left from last week. (=

I have to say though, this is the first time that a cashier has price adjusted down a coupon with me.  Otherwise it would have been just under $11.  Oh well, still a good trip for me.  I saved $21.91 with sales and coupons.

If you subscribe to Woman's Day magazine be on the look out for coupons in the February issue. I got mine today and these are the coupons i found inside:

Free or really cheap Stayfree

My Publix has Stayfree pads Starting at $3.35. There is a B1G1 free coupon here or here. Pair it with the $1 off Stayfree from 11/7 RP and also the $1 off Stayfree from the Publix Green Advantage Flyer and you have 2 pks of pads for $1.35 total. Some areas have these starting even lower so you may be able to score some for free. (you may be able to stack 2 of the Publix coupons for $1 off on each B1G1 deal but im not sure and i didnt have enough of the coupons to try it)

Gift cards

People have been asking me where I get my "free" gift cards that I have been using at Walmart and CVS. Here is the answer:  The credit card that my husband and myself use has a rewards program that offers points for every dollar spent.  I then use those rewards to "purchase"  gift cards to stores that I use.  We try not to use our credit card too often but when we do it at least gives us back a little something.  So check with your credit card company and see if yours offers the same program. (=

Quitting Smoking this new year??

If your new years resolution this year was to quit smoking then go to redplum for a coupon for $15 off NicoDerm CQ , Nicorette gum or , Nicorette lozenges.  I quit smoking 4 years ago and the patch helped me a LOT.  It helps to take the "edge" off of the nasty cravings.

Coupon sites

Some great sites to get coupons from are  smartsource, coupons.com, redplum. They usually add new ones the beginning of every month. If you see some you like, make sure to print them as they may be gone at the end of the month. You can usually print up to 2 of each coupon.

peanut butter deal at publix starting 1/6

Publix is having Peter Pan peanut butter 13 or 16.3 oz BOGO for $2.49 starting thursday. use 2  publix coupons for $1 off (12/12 SS insert) and then you can use 2 of the  $0.50 off manuf coupon (1/2 ss insert) on top of that. making it a $0.51 money maker!!  we go thru this stuff like crazy in our house! i just wish i had more of the coupons  so i could stock up!
