Todays trip to Publix was a crazy one.  They were super busy and then when i checked out the cashier got all my coupons mixed up while scanning them so he missed 5 of them for a total of $5.50.  Normally if it is just change I dont worry about it but $5.50 i had to go back to customer service and get my money back. (=  They were so nice about it and the cashier even apologized.

My small CVS trip 7/25

I just made a quick trip to CVS today.  I couldnt pass up the cheap Pepsi next and while I was there the "magic coupon machine" spit out a coupon for $0.50 off 24 pk of Nestle water and a $1 off 2 Mars singles.

My Bi-Lo trip 7/11 saved 45%

This is only my third couponing trip to Bi-Lo so I am still trying to figure them out a bit, but I think I did pretty good today considering I only had 4 coupons to use with this trip!  Bi-Lo accepts just about any competitor store coupon and they double MQ up to $0.60.  They also have what is called a "meal deal" and I broke that down below.

Todays trip to Publix was small, i wasnt really impressed with the ad and I am still trying to adjust to not being able to use Target coupons at my Publix.  ( I just moved to SC from FL)  At my Publix they double coupons up to $.50 and BOGO's ring up at half price each so you dont have to buy both items if you dont want to. This is what I got and how I did it:

My trip to Publix today was small, I didnt really need much.  I love that Publix in S.C. doubles coupons up to $.50 and every Wednesday has a "Penny Item". Todays penny item was Publix brand Vanilla Waffers.  Here is what I got:

My first ever Bi-Lo trip.

I have  just moved from Florida to South Carolina and have heard about the deals you can get using coupons at Bi-Lo, so I decided to give it a try this morning. Bi-Lo doubles MQ's up to $.60 and takes just about any competitor coupon i asked about. They also have FuelPerks which saves you $.05 per gallon on every $50 you spend.   I decided to make it a small trip since I was new to Bi-Lo and this is how I did.
